Respect everybody: our sauna is an inclusive space for everyone to enjoy, relax in, and forget the outside world. We will not tolerate abuse of any kind, including making anyone feel uncomfortable.

Conversations are welcome (it is a community space after all) however, please consider if people do want a chat or would rather enjoy being in silence.

Please bring two towels for your session: one to sit on inside the sauna and one to dry yourself with after using the showers and plunge pools.

We politely ask that you shut the door to the sauna as you enter and exit. It will keep the heat in and improve everyone’s experience.

Please shower before entering the sauna and cold plunges.

Please wear a swimsuit at all times, nudity is not permitted.

Do not bring any electrical items including phones into the sauna area and plunge pools.

Look after yourself and others, drink plenty of water and don’t stay in the sauna or plunge pools for too long. Full health and safety information and guidelines for using our sauna safely are available here.

No admittance to anybody under the influence of alcohol or drugs – this will result in being asked to leave our premises without a refund.
